We found that most of our new clients were spending 30% more on their document storage than they actually needed to. We also found that most document storage providers feel that they have their clients locked in due to the ‘penalties’ involved in terminating their contracts. These penalties, known as ‘perm out charges’ allow the providers to offer poor service and no document management.
